The details: This position is for an operator in a manufacturing facility. Most positions in the plant involve working with production equipment to produce industrial products. If you like to work with your hands, want to see tangible results of your work, this is the job for you. Western Filament has a variety of positions within the plant, and we are continuously looking for opportunity to cross-train our employees and find ways to encourage their professional growth. This is a job you can take pride in as you will be producing products that fly around the world and into space. Minimum Job Requirements Be able to stand on concrete floors for up to 3.5 hrs between breaks Be able to lift 40 pounds regularly Be able to handle repetitive motion Be able to work around loud equipment Must adhere to company attendance and safety policies Be willing to wear a hair net or hat Must wear hearing protection in various areas of the plant No loose clothing Work around various safe limit odors (solvents, coatings, lubricants, etc.) May be subjected to a background check after a contingent job offer is made. Must be 18 years old Must have a valid driver's license or ID card and be authorized to work in the US Pay Range: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour and monthly incentive pay Western Filament, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
