Well howdy there! My name is Tom! I am a super energetic guy; basically a puppy, who would need a home where we would play a ton and get lots of exercise! I love treats, and I kind of know how to "sit" for them, though I am still learning. I have little to no interest in toys, they just aren't my style. I would much rather be with you! I love getting pets and snuggles, and I love giving my people here at the shelter big hugs! Sometimes I throw myself on you for these big ol' bear hugs, so I will need to be taught some manners. I really love being around other dogs! Though we will still need to meet here at the shelter to see if we click! Sometimes I come on a bit strong because of my size and energy. I would need to be in a home with no cats, and I would need a very tall fence, as I am a climber and sometimes if I see something fun on the other side, I just have to go see what it is! I would love to be around kids, though because I love to give my signature big bear hugs, they might need to be a bit older so they can handle my love!
