I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority for an Auditor to carry out various audits within the audit plan. This is a temporary 3 month contract with a good rate of pay on a weekly payroll. The working arrangements are hybrid but very flexible with minimal office attendance but equipment does need to be collected on first day. The Role of Auditor Delivery of quality audit services to internal and external clients against standards set both internally by Audit Services and those detailed in the Public Sector Internal Audit Standards. Undertaking a wide variety of audit assurance and consultancy reviews, as directed by the Audit Manager. Interpreting and complying with regulations, internal polices and relevant legislation. The Person required for Auditor Will hold a full CCAB or CMIIA recognised qualification Sound knowledge of auditing within local authoritieinteractionperience of working independently and under pressure to tight timescales Benefits of this Auditor Role Flexible working arrangement with only occasional office attendance required Good rate of pay on a weekly payroll.
