The Role: As a Fabricator / TIG Welder, you will play a pivotal role in crafting high-performance exhausts, managing projects, and mentoring junior team members. Requirements: Previously worked for at least 9 years as a Fabricator, TIG Welder or in a similar role. Minimum 4 years of experience in the Automotive / Motorsport industry specifically working on exhausts. Experience with exotic materials such as titanium and stainless steel. Experience in fabricating prototypes and building jigs. Background in training and managing. Skilled in hand welding and fabrication. Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment.
