The ideal candidate should possess a strong academic background, exceptional communication and drafting skills, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting. The Senior Attorney will primarily focus on reviewing and drafting various legal documents, communicating with clients and legal professionals, and managing projects with attention to detail. Job Details:Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.Demonstrate strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills, working effectively both independently and collaboratively.Utilize transferable skills and showcase a strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Exhibit excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.Communicate efficiently, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence promptly.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines, exceed expectations, and perform all work duties as required.Perform any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Previous state and federal court experience is a plus. Experience:6+ years of experience in drafting litigation documents, including motions to dismiss, written discovery, and summary judgment motions.Experience in health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation matters is preferred. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active and in-good-standing membership with the state Bar association.Proven experience in legal research, writing, and case management.Strong knowledge of health care, ERISA, and commercial litigation laws. Certifications:State Bar admission. Skills:Exceptional legal drafting and research skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.Proficient in meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
