Goldstar Project Group., LLC. is looking for an energetic and dedicated individual to lead and supervise our Landscaping team and keep up our standard of quality. This person must be able to work weekdays and an occasional Saturday. Hourly rate determined by experience. * 1099 Contract (No taxes will be taken) Requirements: The ability to work with and lead a team to complete projects within stated deadlines. Must have prior experience with Landscape Supervising. Strong attention to detail. Written and oral communication skills. Must have a valid driver license with clean driving record. No prior convictions. Drug test required. Strong time management skills Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, bend Ability to lift and set up construction signage (usually about 30lbs). Must pass a background check Prior experience managing and leading teams, at least a year. Be able to follow a check list and make sure all cleaning is to specifications, maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with employees and clients. All applicants must have reliable transportation. Position may require travel Responsibilities: Follow and reinforce company safety policies Read, review, and evaluate projects to schedule and chance of success. Reviews plans and specifications to determine scope and resources necessary to complete the projects. Represent the company in communications with the owner, DOT representative, suppliers and subcontractors. Manage project documentation. Make sure mile goal is being met daily. Communicate and reinforce the company vision, values and goals. Drive company vehicle. Transport the crew members to the job site. Ensure crew members have water, bags, reflective vest, necessary equipment. Pick up the dirt and grass of the highway and dump it out at the end of day. Maintain all cleaning equipment, materials, and vehicles in a safe and sanitary working condition.** Monitor and report necessary vehicle repairs and replacements.
