Executive Chef Full service/casual We are a locally owned and operated destination restaurant with a terrific reputation and have an opening for a Head Chef/Kitchen Manager due to concept expansion.We require Head Chef experience with a culinary driven concept, heavy scratch, $2M+ in annual food volumes.This is a casual themed concept focusing on high quality food at very competitive prices.Managing a BOH team of up to 15 employees as well as directing sous/kitchen supervisors.
