We are excited to offer a Bilingual Human Resource Advisor (HRA) role to an enthusiastic professional in the early stages of their HR career. The successful candidate will share knowledge, and recommendations rooted in common practice while supporting the Harris Corporate client group. As part of the global Human Resources (HR) team, the HRA is key to evolving and enhancing the overall employee experience by providing hands-on support with the implementation of HR systems and processes. Reporting to the Senior Corporate HRBP, the HRA will provide support from within the Corporate HR team that aligns with Harris values and the business objectives. Key Responsibilities Educate: Ensure the adoption and maintenance of HR and corporate processes by sharing knowledge with managers and employees. Advise: Act as a trusted partner to people managers in business units. Coach: Apply principles of change management when guiding managers in the integration of human resources practices into day-to-day business process. Develop: Demonstrate a strong commitment to the growth of all employees by identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiencies, suggesting and supporting delivery of group training. Support: Maintain, monitor, and approve Workday (HRIS) actions regularly for data accuracy and compliance. Assist in development of workflow procedures and with special projects or other duties as requested. Core Competencies Accountable and dependable with excellent communication skills.
