For the short term temporary PC Technician role, Interested individuals should apply directly or send their most updated resume to XXXX@gmail.com Major responsibilities Manage and carry out a variety of technology implementation projects Install and repair printers, troubleshooting problems as needed Take down, box, move and set up/install on site Dismantle, box and ship outdated equipment Handle data transfers from PC to PC and troubleshoot software/hardware along with break/fix Provide documentation of daily data communication transactions, issues and repairs made or installation activities Interface with ticket submitters regularly and effectively Ensure the integrity of electronic data records, acting in accordance with company quality standards Track equipment inventory, and suggest and assist with purchases Provide computer hardware support for PCs, laptops, monitors, servers, and other IT equipment, including diagnoses, repairs, rebuilds, and refurbishments Handle all imaging and preparation tasks for new computers Coordinate repairs with the appropriate vendors Support functionality testing and end users - Strong attention to detail Solid understanding of MS Windows 10 Deep understanding of imagesetting Microsoft Windows 8 experience Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work Desired skills include an understanding of networking such as switching and routing Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity A CompTIA A+ certification is a requisite for the position 1+ years of experience with PC and Mac hardware and software only Please forward your resume ......
