Can remove some of the furniture if needed. No laundry and off-street parking. I am open to a male or female roommate of any sexual persuasion. No pets, no smoking, no drinking, no drugs, and no children. I am renting the house and that requires you to go online to the property manager to complete an application to for tenant approval. The fee is $75 and is no scam. In lieu of a deposit, just need the $150 i am being charged to add you to the lease. NO SCAM. I am asking $500 to $575 including utilities, internet, water, and ROKU. The TV in the room has Amazon TV on it. I only ask that we respect my roommate be able to adapt to me as I will adapt to you. I am a pragmatic Christian 67-year-old retired on disability. I am going to extend the lease in June. If you only need a short-term place to stay until you get another place, the rent can be negotiated.
