This vintage Leg-O-Matic folding chair is expertly crafted with red, vinyl plastic upholstery, and presumably Maple wood. The chair is fully assembled and functional though it is showing its age, ~70 years old!As seen in the picture, it is a numbered piece (#5133) and, although they were frequently found in Airstream trailers (due to their compact size), this particular piece was made exclusively for Saginaw Furniture Shop in Chicago, IL.The chartreuse seat pad is original (as confirmed on label) and, as such, has a slight tear. The rest of the chair is in excellent condition with the folding mechanism functioning very well, particularly when considering its age - rather impressive engineering & build quality! When unfolded, the chair measures 16 inches wide, 16 inches deep, and is 34" tall. Folded, it is 16" x 16" x 6.5". With a mid-century modern style, and the ability to fold, this chair is both stylish and practical.
