Meet Thelma! This sweet girl was brought into our care as a stray that was living in an abandoned house for the last year. She was brought into our care with a litter of puppies, another female, and male dog. We are so glad we were able to trap these guys before something bad happened to them and now that all of the puppies have been adopted we are really focusing on working with them individually each day to help them get used to having interaction with people. Thelma is very fearful at this time and we are looking for a foster home for her to get out of this environment and into a calm home where she can learn to interact with new people. If you are interested in helping Thelma we would love for you to come by the shelter and meet her!
