SUMMARY Eagle Eye Electric, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to join our team in support of all on-going contracts. ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned. * Supports the contract team and senior management with Project Status Reports, Estimates at Completion, General Ledger Reports, invoicing / tracking invoices, subcontract development, credit card purchases, etc. * General administrative duties to support the contract and senior management. This includes personnel related matters, including personnel records maintenance, maintaining tracking spreadsheets for various company needs. * Creates, customizes, prepares, and maintains presentations, briefing charts, and technical and nontechnical documents using computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), websites, graphical elements, scanned photos, and other presentation matter. Responsible for preparing documentation from draft to final form. * Tracking timecards, employee personal time off, and annual reviews. * Filing and organizing paperwork. * Answering phones * Other duties as assignedQualificationsQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Required (Minimum) Qualifications * Two plus years of experience in a Financial Analyst / Administration Support position. * High school diploma or equivalentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics * Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. * Ability to file documents in folders and binders. * Organizational skills commensurate with position. * Proficient in various Microsoft Office Suite products. * Work well with all levels of internal management, staff, outside clients and vendors. * Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. * Finance / Accounting experience.NECESSARY PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Occasional travel may be required.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES * No supervisory responsibilities.ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base.
