Mia is a beautiful 47 pound Mountain Cur Labrador Retriever mix. She is about 2 years old and is a very playful gal. She enjoys running in the sun and playing with her friends. Don’t let her activeness fool you though, she loves her cuddles and kisses. Her entire body wiggles when she wags her tail! She has a wonderful temperament and plays with all the dogs in her group. She has great dog social skills, but expects others to show her the same. She gives lots of kisses, does great in the car and on a leash. We all totally in love with her, and she is ready for her own home! Her brother Boone was adopted last month and now its her turn! Mia was confiscated by police for total neglect and abuse along the border of Mexico. Both Mia and Astrid were nursed back to health by our techs and wonderful volunteers. There is nothing that would make them more happy than to wake up in a warm loving home.
