Job Summary How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting with meal services. As a Busser, you will: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting; promptly and consistently reset all service ware as instructed Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments; wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary Serve guests beverages, bread and butter and replenishes as necessary; assist servers with food and beverage service Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing.
