Gustavian painted pine chest of three drawers with "Greek key" or meander design along top and pair of griffins on top drawer.Newer professionally applied and layered salmon painted finish with mottled white and brown undertones, lightly distressed to fit age and grace of this handsome chest.Canted fluted corner sides topped by floral medallion, chest rests on fluted tapered feet.Each of the three functioning drawers has two brass pulls.Restored, strong and stable.
