The Role: As a Teacher, you will focus on delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive learning environment for assigned pupils. Duties: Ensure high-quality teaching and learning experiences for assigned pupils. Plan, prepare, and evaluate programs of work, fostering a varied learning environment. Contribute to a positive ethos, providing a balanced and relevant curriculum. Supervise support staff, ensuring effective collaboration. Provide leadership in a designated subject, monitoring quality and standards. Support the schools Behaviour Policy and promote diversity within the academy community. Analyse data and advise on resources to maximise achievement. Foster continuity and learning experiences while ensuring the welfare of assigned children. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Primary Teacher, Classroom Teacher or in a similar role. Possession of Qualified Teacher Status QTS, with pending status considered. Experience in teaching or placements within the primary age phase. Familiarity with the National Curriculum and/or Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Knowledgeable about statutory requirements, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, SEND, and Child Protection. Experience in leading a subject within the primary phase.
