Nervous and Independent - NEEDS A PATIENT QUIET HOMEMeow! My name is Gabriel. My estimated date of birth is 10/8/2021. I have come a long way since first coming in to Kitty Corner with my sister Candi. When I first came here I was very scared and unsure and would cower and his at visitors and volunteers. I wasn't trying to be mean, I was just scared, nervous and unsure. With some TLC I have began to come around and realize that people aren't so bad. I am much more approachable now and while I am still a bit nervous I will allow people to pet me. I LOVE when it is wet time and am very food,treat and toy motivated, so that could be a great tool to help my new family gain my trust. I also really like to play with toys. I need a home that understands I am a nervous and shy boy and that is willing to be patient and kind to me. I will take time to feel safe and comfortable in my new home. I would want a family that will give me as much time as I need and love me regardless. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and rabies vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
