Commercial F&B Director –Branded Restaurant Group – up to 100k London Job Role: Commercial F&B Director Salary: up to 100k Food Style: High-volume, branded, all-day dining Sites: 15 + new openings Team: Head of Food & Executive chef Reports to: Managing Director Base: London + Travel Key Details: Lead food development and menu launches Deliver clear strategic direction and development of F&BLead the Food team of Head of food and Executive chef Aspect of commercial & marketing Focus on supply chain and maximise profits Based in head office and development kitchen 4 days The Role: Menu launches from Idea to implementation Strategic analysis internal and external on pricing and sales Presenting a brief for sign off by MDWork with HOF on menu development & deployment Work with operations Oversee all costings, allergens, systems, epos launches Launch packs for new menus including spec cards Lead F&B team in projects Bi -annual presentation on F&B trends Manage supply chain day to day and troubleshooting, also optimise for GPRegular supplier meetings & benchmarking Procurement: supplier tender, selection and negotiation – supported by finance Experience Required: Managing small but senior teams Wide industry knowledge of F&B trends Supply chain & procurement Strong financial acumen, driving revenue growth and maximizing profitability Seasonality, Recipes Power point & Excel Analytics of data, sales mix Supplier negotiation and contracts Organisation & presentation skills Contact Olly at COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
