The Box Office Ticketing & Revenue Specialist role could be for you! The Box Office Ticketing & Revenue Specialist is responsible for assisting with high-level ticket sales including initial contact with VIP Packages to weekly revenue sales reporting, as required. The Ticketing & Revenue Specialist will also be responsible for assisting in the implementation of any new seating manifests, seating charts or theatre configurations. The Ticketing & Revenue Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance and technical support of all ticketed events for both the Avalon and OLG Stage Theatres, ensuring accuracy and allowing for a continuance of operation year round. The job involves: Liaise between Artist Management & Tour VIP Representatives to build shows in Ticketmaster Event Management through Spec Sheets and Platinum Submissions in advance of concert announce Executes all components of ticketing On-sales, all Presales, Platinum sales, VIP package sales Assists in the monitoring and reporting of sales trends on a daily basis Execute adjustments to inventory and dynamic pricing modules Alter floorplans, update seat configurations and manipulate inventory within Ticketmaster HOST/TOR Assist with onboarding and educating staff on the latest ticketing software. Responsible for managing, maintaining, updating, and troubleshooting any technical discrepancies with ticket selling, printing and ticket scanning hardware / software. Responsible for weekly/biweekly review of all Avalon and OLG entertainment on Ticketmaster. ca. Ensure compliance with Ticketmaster Contract at all times.
