Crossett, AR AREA Competitive Salary Relo: Yes Our client company is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage all aspects of electrical maintenance including day-to-day and long term electrical, electronic and optimization needs to ensure quality work and minimal downtime in a safe and efficient manner for the sawmill. You must be willing to:? Supervise/coordinate/plan/oversee day-to-day and long-term electrical maintenance of the sawmill? Perform/responsible for PLC programming.? Collect information from various sources (employees/vendors) to ensure that the appropriate parts/materials are on site in order to accomplish the required tasks? Plan daily electrical maintenance including filling out work orders/distributing them to the appropriate personnel? Reviews downtime to determine causes/prevention? Train electricians/new employees Requirements (IF YOU DON?T HAVE THESE, DON?T APPLY):? High school diploma or GED? Knowledge of high production sawmills? 3-4 years? experience in the electrical maintenance field? Excellent computer skills? Excellent communication skills (written and oral)?
