Cook 1 AM($20-25/HR) PM($26-30/HR) F/T minimum 5 shifts per week Ability to work any station Able to understand and train all prep for every station Performs opening and closing procedures proficiently Great communication/ Teamwork with front and back of the house Understands Food safety and Cleanliness standards Can supervise the line and check in deliveries effectively Executes orders in a timely manner with few mistakes Understands quality control and how food should look Accepts responsibility towards overall kitchen cleanliness and organization Train staff on and ensure the proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and company property Reports to work on time every day with minimal call outs Will cover shifts due to staff call outs Takes ownership, responsibility and command of maintaining excellence on line when chefs are absent Closely communicate with Sous Chef(s) and Head Chef to audit quality and safety protocols Ability to problem solve and properly execute decisions based on meeting goals of quality and consistency standards Prep ($20-22/HR) Ability to handle food prep Put away orders in a clean and efficient manner Follows direction from all cooks and chefs Willingness to learn Dishwasher PM($18-20/HR)
