YNHS offers great compensation for this position, with a starting wage of $18-$26.00 an hour, along with high value of benefits of employer provided medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement insurances. Our Ideal Candidate: This position requires strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making, and discretion. A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business, with coursework in business, psychology, writing, communication, or management is preferred. Successful experience may be substituted. Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal grammar and spelling skills, Ability to speak clearly and concisely. Bilingual Spanish/English desirable. Candidate must not have been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Day to Day: Work with Human Resources Director and management staff to plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff. Organizes and maintains incoming job applications. Conduct professional reference checks on qualified candidates. Collect and track data on time-to-fill for positions and report to HR Director. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Develop and maintain contacts with academic and vocational programs for candidate referrals. Plan and conduct new employee orientation Perform new employee, long term volunteers, and independent contractors HR Orientations. Manage and protect personnel records, maintaining strict confidentiality. Assist with filing of accounting and personnel records. Maintains required records, reports, and files. Participation in staff meetings as directed. Perform related work and other tasks as requested
