They are engaged in the day to day operations of the restaurant and is responsible for performance of the restaurant. Leadership Staff lead, develop, and support the directors and teams in the execution of their goals. Performance indicators include: Customer service overall satisfactionSales performanceProductivity & profit benchmarksScheduling & daily organization of operationsCoaching and leadership developmentManaging cost control including food, labor, and suppliesSolving problems and engaging others in solutions Managing cash operations and reporting functionsEnsuring food safety and quality requirementsSecurity Understanding and consistent application of handbook policies & civility codesInvolvement in redirecting, promoting, and terminating team members Involvement in employee discipline and documentation Leading the team to reduce waste and inefficienciesAdhere to hygiene and appearance standards Who you are: You are a servant leader You are self led and manage time and resources well You are well organized and good plannerYou identify strengths and opportunities in others You uphold Chick-fil-A’s vision, mission, and valuesYou are able to coach and train others You build strong and healthy relationships You confront under performance and manage a positive outcomeYou communicate clearly You encourage and positively influence othersYou strive for high standards and personal excellence You take responsibility for outcomes and decisions You are passionate about providing excellent customer service You are able to build a team and keep them focused on mission Qualifications: ServSafe Certified preferred (We can train in restaurant)Minimum 2 - 5 years of management or leadership experience Must use CORE 4 as model to serve our guests Willingness to step in and learn each positionWorking knowledge of Front and Back of House recommended
