They are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their.I am recruiting for a dynamic Solicitors Practice based in the South Manchester area. They are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their team as a Part-Time Senior Legal Cashier / Accounts Manager. Ideally this firm are seeking someone to work between 15-22 hours per week over 3 or 4 days and the successful candidate will have a diverse range of accounts duties to be involved in, inclusive of: - Handling the entire accounting function, including writing up the cash book - Managing BACS payments, credit receipts, and maintaining control over the Companys clients and office bank accounts - Overseeing ledger control, debtors, and creditors - Proficiency in dealing with VAT Return preparation and online submissions - Reconciling expenses & petty cash - Payroll knowledge is preferable Communication is key in this role, communicating effectively with Directors and Fee Earner level, ensuring compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
