What will your typical day look like? We are looking for an individual that would be dedicated to the support of a large agreement that we have in place. The role is focused on contract management support in order to manage the delivery risk so that the contractual terms agreed to are managed properly and we are delivering in such a way that we do not find ourselves in breach of our contractual obligations. About the team The role will be supporting our Operate business within Deloitte and sits within the Service Excellence team that is charged with managing the quality and risk of the service line. We currently have a team of 28 people and expanding. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who is/has: 10+ years of experience in handling legal terms and conditions and managing complex risk considerations Ability to manage a highly complex contractual agreement in order to effectively mitigate risk associated with the contractual terms and manage delivery risk Confident in communicating and articulating positions on contracts and driving forward with reasonable positions to help manage the risk Able to build strong relationships and confidence within internal and.
