As a Ready-Mix Driver, You Will: Operate a Ready-mix truck in a safe and effective manner Deliver products to customers on a timely basis Maintain a clean and mechanically sound truck Maintain accurate documentation Perform site labour and equipment operation, as required Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring: Have a valid DZ driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and CVOR, required Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and municipality by-laws Experience driving a ready-mix concrete truck, will be considered an asset Experience working near/on construction sites Comfortable working outdoors, in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment Mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance Ability to perform manual labour and lift up to 50 lbs/22.7 kg Ability to sit, stand, or drive more than 90 minutes per day Effective communication (written and oral) Willingness to travel to other work sites, required Punctual, reliable and ef fective team player Miller is proud to provide this unique career opportunity, we offer continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package.
