Physician on temporary assignment in Aurora, CO will pay $300 month space rent to park 25 Foot RV on your rural lot. From September to at least early January 2013. Need space IMMEDIATELY please. Only utilities required are an extension cord to provide 120V AC 15 Amp Power, and a garden hose to fill up fresh water tank. No permanent connections needed. (This RV does not have a blackwater tank, only greywater and a composting toilet. We take the compost back to our own half acre rural property in W. CO so you never have to deal with it.) Ideal site might be a horse farm or other rural property. Have rented for 10 months from a horse breeder East of CO Springs until that assignment ended and had to move to Denver area. This is our "prior landlord" REFERENCE we can give as they offered to act as a reference. Best location will be flat, easily accessible by truck to park the RV, and allow the RV front door and windows to face South for wintertime solar gain. We have two small toy poodles and a doggie door to RV hooked to a chain link fence type kennel. You must accept the presence of these cute little dogs as part of the deal. (We found that Denver RV parks don't let you keep your dogs outside during the day so that is why we need a more pet friendly site.) Call Craig at (970) 260-XXXX or Avis at (970) 260-XXXX.
