It's close to all of the Atlanta schools (e.g., SCAD, Emory, Georgia Tech, Georgia State, Art Institute of Atlanta and the HBCUs in West End). You'll be also near fast food places, Publix, Target, Piedmont Park, CVS, and fun places like the Vortex and Woodruff Arts Center. And at 100 Midtown, you can use the game rooms (one with video game consoles like PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360; another one with pool and table tennis), conference rooms, laundry room, fitness center and theater room. Rent includes: Individual lease for each resident Fully furnished private bedrooms with bed, dresser drawers, desk and desk chair Combination washer & dryer in every unit Luxury kitchens fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and garbage disposal All inclusive rent that includes water, electricity, cable and internet Internet access in each bedroom and the common area through Ethernet Rent is $744/month per room; that's about $30 cheaper than the current rate for the fall semester ($775/month per room).
