I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment starting in May 2014. I absolutely love this apartment and would not be leaving it, but my current job here is a contract position that they have decided to not renew the contract come May. The lease is up at the end of September 2014 where you can choose to renew the lease or not with a 60 day notice. The apartment complex is The Blvd apartments. It is an A3 floorplan on the 2nd floor (which is the top floor) with beautiful hardwood floors, granite counter tops, large kitchen, large bedroom and closet, and plenty of storage space. You would not need to pay the deposit as I have already paid that. I will also be willing to give away (for free) some of my furniture as well if you are interested. They are pet friendly with the exception of certain breeds of dogs. The website is www.theblvdapts.com, if you look at the model apartment that they have on there that is the A3 floorplan. These apartments are very new so it is in very good condition as well.
