Seeking subleaser for apartment at Western Pines Apartments. It is located minutes from the heart of Western's main campus as well as a primary stop on the bus route. I have two roomates who are lovely guys that go to Western Michigan. They work alot and are hardly home. The room available is the biggest of the three and has it's own half bath. The closet in the bedroom is large with additional storage closets in the living room and dinning. There is a full bathroom that the guys share together. Rent is $300/mo and Electric runs around $30 in the winter each and around $10 during the warmer months. Cable and internet are included. There is also a nice little gym that is free to residents to use. I rented a carport for $25/mo If interested in having it for the rest of winter you would have first priority to it if wanted. I can try to be flexible with move in date as well. Management here is awesome and very helpful. If you have any questions feel free to contact me via private message or comment.
