It's great for a NYC commuter, 5th bus stop on the 123 NJ Transit!! You can also walk a few blocks further which will take you to the last stop before manhattan, and most buses go through that stop. 10/15 minute bus ride. Second floor walk up, 2 bedrooms, and small office used for storage by current tenant and prospective roomate. Your room is a great size, enough room for 2 dressers, queen bed, side table(s) and 2 large double closets with 2 large windows! Kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. Just off that is the living area which is a great size as well. Bathroom is updated and clean with shower/tub. Ceilings are super high wish makes it feel even bigger. Rent is $850 on the 1st of the month. Utilities/PSEG are split and usually run about $60 or less a month, and wifi is split with me so your half is $31. Water is included. (this whole apartment is an amazing deal, and I don't think I would ever find this anywhere else!) Prospective Roommate: Females Only.
