Amelia was a stray that was picked up by animal control, no one came forward to claim her and she sat in the shelter month when the rescue stepped in to take her. She is shy with new people and will take a calm environment that will take a no pressure approach to socialization. She may have some food aggression as she was starved when first came into shelter. Children should be older then 10 years and dog savy, as she needs confidence building, and not to be climbed on. She is good with other dogs with proper introduction. She likes to rush up on a cat, can be called away easily, should have a cat that is also dog savy. Amelia is spayed, up to date on vaccines, micro chipped; if you are interested in adoption please email XXXX@outlook.com and ask for Amelia.
