Buffalo Signal Solid Bronze Collectible Sculpture Statue by Frederic Remington Large Size. Among the rarest of Frederic Remington's 22 bronze sculptures, "The Buffalo Signal" was produced by the artist as a gift for a young good friend with the agreement that just one cast would be made. Remington's sculpture captures a Native American warrior sitting triumphantly atop his horse, chin raised defiantly and with an intense gaze. The hide of a slain buffalo raised high signals victory. His steed lifts its front hoof and hind leg in acknowledgment of the shared splendor. This exquisite statuary is a fantastic piece that is really worthwhile to add to any Remington Collection. Mounted on a great marble base, this statuary is one of a kind and 100 % bronze. 37"H x 25"L. Like the original sculpture, this Remington edition has outstanding information. Money just - no trades.
