Operations assistant We have an exciting opportunity for an operations assistant to work with a fantastic and well-established company within the HVAC sector based in the vibrant market town of High Wycombe in Buckinghamshire. This role is a temp to perm opportunity and is paying £30K-£33K per Anum. The role is fully office based 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday You will support and develop the Operations Department to ensure effective operational support of the business infrastructure; to include administrative tasks, project management, the preparation and maintenance of documents, spreadsheets, processes and procedures, the development of processing data via the ERP and CRM systems, and other general duties in support of the department and business. The role A broad and varied role which requires a high degree of organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail. This role manages multiple tasks in a busy environment while ensuring standards and accuracy are maintained. Good communication skills are essential, committed to learning and personal development. An advanced understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Responsibility for project management and ensuring that all tasks and projects are carried out to a high standard. Able to work on their own and use their initiative to be able to spot when and where improvements can be made. Support business system development where necessary. Support the continuous improvement and development of business ISO Standards. What you will be doing Create and maintain data and systems for operational processes for Operations Director reporting, ensuring that data is stored, maintained to a set standard, and published where relevant. Undertake and manage projects assigned by the Operations Director to allow the Operations Department to develop and support the business through growth.
