The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various asset types and structures. Admission to the State Bar is a prerequisite for this role. Duties:Draft, review, and negotiate complex structured finance agreements and related documents.Provide legal counsel on matters related to lending, securitization, and other finance structures.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provide sound legal advice.Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop legal strategies and solutions.Attend meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings as required. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to the State Bar.3-5 years of relevant experience in structured finance at a law firm.Proven track record of handling diverse asset types and structures.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Certifications:State Bar Admission. Skills:In-depth knowledge of structured finance, lending, and securitization.Ability to handle a variety of asset types and structures.Legal research and analysis skills.Strong negotiation and drafting skills.Team collaboration and client management.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal work.
