Senior HR Advisor Permanent £32,000 - £35,000 Monday - Friday Loughborough Winsearch UK is currently working with a large organisation, who are leaders in their field, to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor, on a full-time, permanent basis. The purpose of this role will be to provide to w Work closely with all employees across the Group, providing a comprehensive, professional and customer focused HR service. This generalist role will support the delivery of the full range of HR activities and services to a high standard nationally. The role will require support to all Group businesses and therefore national travel will be required. Senior HR Advisor In the role of HR Advisor, you will act as an integral part of the HR team supporting the HR Manager in the delivery of comprehensive employee relations guidance day to day. Key to success is in the delivery of quality advice and coaching to all line managers and directors on a range of issues and topics, including engagement, ER and Wellbeing. Up to date on all policies and procedures, you are the go-to person for help across all the businesses. You will also support on any integration activity, liaising with the HR Projects Manager to complete key tasks on time. You will support the Group HR Director in the delivery of the People plan, taking ownership of key HR projects and objectives.
