The Role: As a Family Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in offering legal guidance on matters such as divorce, financial agreements, separation, and proceedings under the Children Act. Responsibilities: Engages in private family matters, primarily focused on matrimonial cases. Handle client enquiries and communication with involved parties. Identify and develop client relationships. Contribute to the growth of the Family department. Requirements: Previously worked as a Family Lawyer, Family Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role. At least 3 years of PQE in Family Law. Capable of managing an independent caseload of clients with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills. Skilled in IT.
