Look at this million dollar man! Meet Cecil!Cecil came to us as a very skinny owner surrender, who's looking for a fresh start in his fur-ever family. In his short time here, Cecil has started to pack on the pounds and is looking fantastic! Because of his past, he does get a little protective over his dinner plate and prefers to eat alone in peace. Other than getting a little hangry sometimes (like we all do!), Cecil is an absolute angel and we've all fallen head over heels for this red-headed boy. He does well about keeping a clean space if he's let out regularly. He's still mastering his leash manners but he's motivated and eager to learn. Treats are also a huge tool in helping to train Cecil. We were told he did okay with cats in his previous home and he’s done great playing with other dogs here at the shelter. . Cecil would be better suited for a home with older children that can respect his boundaries and personal space. **Neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative, and UTD on vaccines & monthly prevention**
