Where You Belong.Position Overview:The Assistant Tennis Professional is responsible for assisting the Tennis Director with all Club tennis activity programming, including developing and promoting racquets programs for all age groups.Day-to-Day* Organize tennis clinics and private lessons that encourage participation in the Club's tennis activities.* Promote tennis memberships to all potential prospects.* Act as the Club's Tennis Ambassador to enhance the value of the club and tennis programs.* Maintain courts in a professional manner and ensure that the environment is safe for all those who use the facility.* Be aware of team members and the environment and participate as a member of the team.* Pickelball preferred but not required.Qualifications* Minimum of 3 years as a Tennis Professional* High School Diploma or equivalent. College degree Preferred.* USPTA or USPTR or willing to become certified.* Experience at the club level with organizing and running social events for members preferred but not required.* Experience with ROGY programsAbout You * Customer service experience. * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
