Head of Leisure Sales / Director of Leisure Sales Location: Lisbon, Portugal Experience: Luxury Hotel / International 5 Hotel / Lifestyle and Boutique Collection Salary: €4000 - €4500 x14 months plus great benefits Languages: English fluency. Mobility: monthly European and/or International travel We are looking for a passionate and confident Leisure Sales Manager / Head of Leisure Sales / Director of Leisure Sales to join the team of this top 5 Luxury Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. Key responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing in order to achieve objectives of the group Identifying new opportunities and maximising potential returns Developing and maintaining relationships with partners incl. travel agents; tour operators, etc. Conduct regular reviews on all leisure accounts Attend Travel Trade and Road Shows to promote the brand Preparing weekly and monthly reports Conduct meeting and negotiations of contract Regular travels to build relationships with various key stakeholders and partners. The ideal candidate should: Proven track record within Luxury Hotel, Group or Collection Leisure sales specialist with contacts across TA / TO and other key partners Strong client relationship skills and account management experience at all level Be used to selling a high quality, luxury product Driven towards maximising sales and meeting departmental budgets Organisation and time management skills Have a confident and outgoing personality Be a team player and have a collaborative approach Fluent English verbal and written Another European primary or second language.
