Supply Chain Coordinator – International Drinks Brand - £35K + Benefits Role: Supply Chain Coordinator Location: Luton Salary: £35K + Benefits My client is an international drinks brand who are well recognised globally and have a fantastic reputation. They are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations within their supply chain network. This is an exciting position perfect for ambitious Supply Chain Coordinators who are passionate about food & beverage, troubleshooting and sustainability, to join a growing business who can offer huge opportunities and job fulfilment. Responsibilities Include: Assist sites with logistics problems from deliveries. Order creation, invoicing, and accounts receivable Maintenance of Master Data Process and administration of imports and exports Advising stock availability, estimated time of arrival of goods to the customer Sending samples as required to customers, agents, or suppliers. Negotiate price, discounts and rebates whilst improving cost margins for the company. The Ideal Supply Chain Coordinator Candidate: Have a minimum of 3 years supply chain experience within hospitality, foodservice or relative industries. MUST be passionate about food & Beverage, sustainability, and supply chain. Experience of working with 3PL Logistics; Warehouse Management Systems WMS and Some understanding of HMRC Customs Excise documentation Have energetic character and be proactive and self-motivated to solve problems, comfortable with a high degree of responsibility and talent for forging collaborative relationships across multiple disciplines. Exceptional organisational skills and detail oriented; adaptable and ready to roll with change.
