Cyber Security Services (CSS) is a team of security professionals in the Scotiabank Information Security and Controls (IS&C) group with a mandate to protect the bank and respond to cyber events. The role: The Director, Cyber Security Operations Centre is accountable for the monitoring, detection rules as well as providing insight in the investigation of security events and incidents as required. The director is also a support function of the Cyber Security Operations team called upon to support key functions such as management of cyber incidents and support of programs managed by the team. You possess advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English. The same in Spanish is a strong asset. Post-secondary education in Computer Science or in a related field or at least 5 years of hands-on technical working experience in incident management or SOC coupled with at least 5 years of people management You have used industry.
