Made use of sofa and chair. Good condition, dark green / brown color extremely comfy. Have been sitting in my storage system. I'm about to move and I'm not taking them with me so I need to sell them. They're a matching set and in excellent shape, although they will require to be aired out and cushion covers will certainly NEED to be cleaned. One cushion on sofa had a little cigarette burn (note: the furnishings does NOT smell like smoke, I do NOT smoke, an old roommate unintentionally made the burn). When I move and they'll just take up too much area, these are truly nice and I dislike to get rid of them but I'll require the space. Kindly major offers ONLY. You will certainly need to arrange to pick them up from my storage unit in rock island. I am fast to reply to emails. I will certainly bargain on the price some, however in spite of them being in my storage and requiring to be cleaned ... They are both in very nice condition. Also, the chair is big. About 2/3 the size of a loveseat.
