Edgar is a handsome male kitten who was born in our shelter when his mother (Angelica) gave birth to five kittens on June 30, 2019. Edgar has two sisters (Octavia and Raven) and two brothers (Allan and Poe).Beautiful momma Angelica (who is a dilute tortoiseshell kitty) was a loving mother to her precious babies and raised five happy youngsters under less-than-ideal conditions (i.e., a small shelter cage). Angelica was separated from her kittens in early October after they were fully weaned, and she was spayed on October 7, 2019.Edgar has a black medium-hair smooth coat with beautiful silver highlights, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable chubby face with large golden eyes, a black velvet nose, and long black whiskers. Edgar's coat is very unique when you see him in person. This little guy is the ultimate playboy and was a 'moving target' during his photo session. We didn't get very flattering photos but he had a blast :)Edgar is sharing a cage with his brothers (Allan and Poe). They might well have been named 'The Three Musketeers' since their motto seems to be "One for all, and all for one" :)Edgar's mother (Angelica) was combo tested on June 4, 2019 and is negative for feline leukemia and FIV ..which is also great news for Edgar and his other siblings.Edgar will be neutered in the near future and will be available for adoption at that time. Naturally we'd love to see him find a home with one (or two) of his siblings.
