Cocoa came to TAPS from a high volume, low resource animal control facility. Upon intake, she had severe skin issues that required treatment. Her skin looks great and now she is ready for a home! Cocoa is estimated to be a 10 - 12 month old chocolate lab mix. She will need a family committed to potty training, exercise, obedience and manners. If you are committed to taking on the needs of a younger shelter dog and commit to her through the thick and thin of training, Cocoa could be the dog for you. She is sweet and charming and likes attention. We have never had her directly with a dog so we are unsure of how she is with dogs or cats. We can do a dog introduction for a home with another dog. We can do a cat test for an approved application that has cats.
