Description:
All the famous tone of a Supro amp in a really portable bundle. This 1963 appeal is a Class A, all (initial!) tube, point-to-point handwired tone angel. Lovely condition, gold grill cloth with gold toned electronics chassis. Design 1611S, this Bantam delivers the pure tube sound you've been looking for from a 14.75"broad x 11"high x 4.75"deep love machine. The colors in the pictures are not as nice as the real. The cabinet is off-white / really light crme and the grill has golden metallic shimmer. This amp is so clean. I simply played with it once more (as I have for the last 30 years approximately) and it is definitely incredible. I've had a lot of amps: Fenders, Marshalls, other Valco made amps ... and I've never heard tone this pure on any of them. To obtain this noise in a brand-new amp, you would need to pay a store amp store about 2 grand - and even then it would be impossible to match what 50+ years have actually done for this one. Played and looked after, it has established exactly the tone that world-renown recording studios long for. It's low watt heaven. You need to call me NOW if you want this amp. I am pricing it to sell promptly.
