Peanut lived in isolation for 2 years after her owner went into assisted living and never came back. His sister came to feed and water her and brother Mikey but never stayed long with them. Even with a traumatic past Peanut wants nothing more than to be loved and snuggled. Peanut does take some time to bond to her "person" but once she does she is yours forever. She will be right by your side and on your lap looking for pets and belly rubs all night. Peanut doesn't mind other dogs but prefers calmer older dogs that aren't going to be up in her face.
