The Role: As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing payroll tasks, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, addressing inquiries, and performing various other duties while adhering to timelines and compliance requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate on various aspects of payroll administration. Process weekly and monthly payslips for clients efficiently. Handle BACS payments and ensure timely processing. Maintain accurate RTI filings, including FPS & EPS reports. Address payroll queries, involving manual calculations of SMP, SSP, CJRS, etc. File CIS returns accurately and within stipulated timelines. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Executive, Payroll Coordinator or in a similar role. Prior experience in accountancy practice, demonstrating payroll proficiency. Possess knowledge of auto enrolment pensions regulations, providing accurate advice and administration support. Familiarity with Sage 50 Payroll beneficial. Ability to adapt to changing regulations and ensure compliance. Adept in collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
