The ideal candidate will be able to start immediately or at short notice. Duties and Responsibilities of the HR Assistant ▪ Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR department▪ Respond in a timely manner to queries from employees ▪ Undertake a range of HR administrative duties▪ Preparing conditional offers of employment and contracts of employment ▪ Ensure the accurate completion and receipt of new starter documentation ▪ Chase sites for missing employee documentation▪ Respond to reference requests▪ Maintain both electronic and paper-based employee records▪ Enter new starter data on to the HR system▪ Respond to HR enquiries in a timely manner ▪ Work with the HR manager on employee relations cases▪ Liaising with employees on matters related to their employment▪ Responding to generic HR queries.
